Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. For items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). DOA defective and shipping damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the date that you receive it. A repackage or restocking fee will apply for any returned items that have missing or damaged parts or packaging. Items with obvious signs of wear or use cannot be returned for refund.
All returrns must be in BRAND NEW, UNUSED and UNOPENED OR SEALED CONDITION. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, blank warranty cards, and all accessories. All items must be free from markings, labeling, stickers, dents, dings, and other signs of wear. Blister pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping lables on the original manufacturer's package. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning products. S/H & insurance charges are non-refundable. Though not manditory, for your protection we highly recommend that you ship the return item by a trackable and insured ship method.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can also contact us by email for a quick response. You MUST have a valid RMA# issued by us for the return. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number. The RMA number is valid for two weeks from the day it is issued, so please promptly return products after being issued a return number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package from the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).
Items shipped to international destinations are covered upon receipt by the manufacturer's standard warranty for the particular item purchased.
Oodelay Inc reserves the right to refuse any return or to charge a restocking fee if one or more of these conditions is not met.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and these products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you cannot find your country in the drop down list, then please contact us via email to request a shipping exception and we will validate the circumstances to see if we can add it.
Most items over $250 shipping to the contiguous US qualify for Free Ground Shipping! During checkout, just choose the Free Shipping option from the listed shipping choices. When free shipping is selected, we will choose the best method for shipping your order and provide tracking information to you when the order ships.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. The shipping quotes provided do NOT include shipping insurance. In some cases of especially costly items, additional charges for insurance will apply. However, most items will be able to ship for the shipping amount calculated by the shipping estimator.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are both weight-based and dimensional weighting based. The weight and shipping dimensions of items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You may encounter a shipping error when multiple items are placed on an order. If so. contact us by email for an accurate shipping quote.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we determine that it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.) or the carrier provides a refund due to a service failure on the part of the carrier. Please note that refunds due to carrier damaged or lost product or shipments may take up to 6-weeks or longer. (especially when shipped via postal service)
